By accessing Call History Checker (the "Portal") and our monitoring application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our service provides realistic, app-based monitoring solutions for families and loved ones.
We provide a **"White Caller"** monitoring service. This means our platform does not get data from telecom providers (which is technically impossible for third-party services). Instead, our service works by syncing data from our official monitoring app that you install on the target hardware with the user's knowledge and consent.
You agree that you will only use this service to monitor loved ones (children, family members) for their safety and protection. You must have physical access to the target device to install the monitoring application. By installing the app, you or the person installing the app must grant all necessary permissions for the service to function correctly.
Access to monitoring insights is provided through tiered plans:
Strict No-Refund Policy: Once a payment is processed, we do not offer any refunds or credits. This is due to the immediate allocation of secure server resources and encrypted data processing.
Realistic Expectation: If the target device does not have our app installed, the portal will not show real-time history. In such cases, we provide you with the app download link and installation assistance. Non-installation of the app is not grounds for a refund.
Refundable Plan Promotional Terms: For the "Refundable Plan", a full refund may be issued to lucky customers (1 out of every 5 customers every month) as part of our automated promotional reward system.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their monitoring activities are legal and ethical within their jurisdiction. If a person finds their device is being monitored without their awareness, they can contact us at support@callhistorychecker.com for immediate removal of their records.
